Flooring is no different to anything you buy off the internet, in that you can’t fully see what you are getting until it arrives at your doorstep. Unfortunately, some companies can also be quite misleading with what they are selling and we realise that this can result in extra caution when ordering online. We make a point of using genuine photographs throughout our website and sending genuine samples, straight out the box so to give you the fairest idea of how your floor will look. However; we realise that this can only show so much and there is nothing like actually having the product there in front of you.
It’s for this reason that we give you the option to ‘Try a Box First’ on many of our flooring products. This is the option to purchase just 1 box with free delivery to most UK addresses (some addresses will incur delivery charges). So if you want to be sure that what we can supply is right for your job, or test different finishes on one of our untreated boards, why not take advantage of this and order just one box to start off with, at no extra cost. The box you open cannot be returned but our customers appreciate the fact that they don’t have to commit themselves to a large sum of money until they are sure they are happy.
